The Current: Your quarterly VIP subscription

Predictable website support without the sticker shock, the admin, or the hard sell every time you need help.

A light blue wavy line runs horizontally across a plain white background.

Predictable support, steady progress, no re-selling required

Your website needs ongoing care. You know that. But committing to monthly support feels like overkill, and booking one-off VIP days every time you need help? That’s exhausting.

The Current is your middle ground: a quarterly VIP subscription that gives you dedicated implementation time every 90 days, keeps you at the top of my list, and takes the “selling” out of ongoing support.

* Limited to 3 spots

Why The Current exists

I love my VIP sprint clients. Seriously. But here’s what I kept hearing:

"I need you again in a few months, but I hate having to reach out and re-book every time."

"I want ongoing support, but I don't need you every month."

"The price tag is worth it, but paying $1,800 all at once is tough right now."

So I built something that solves all three:

A quarterly VIP subscription that reserves your sprint day every 90 days, spreads the cost into manageable monthly payments, and means you never have to “sell me” on working together again.

You’re already in. Your day is already booked. We just show up and make progress.

How it works

The Current is designed to be as low-friction as possible. Here’s the deal:

You subscribe monthly

Pay the monthly subscription amount. That's it. No surprises, no upsells, no "let's chat about renewing."

Every quarter, you get a full VIP sprint day

That's one dedicated 6-hour implementation day where we tackle your backlog, optimise performance, make updates, or run a full eco-sustainability audit.

You choose SPLASH (implementation sprint) or SURGE (eco-performance sprint) each time, based on what your site needs that quarter.

Here's how booking works

About 2 weeks before your quarterly sprint is due, I'll reach out and ask: "SPLASH or SURGE this round?"

You pick, we schedule a date that works for both of us, and we're locked in.

Sprint day happens. Work gets done. Results get delivered.

Then we repeat every 90 days

No re-selling. No invoicing friction. No "should I book another day?" decisions. Just steady, predictable progress for your site.

What you get with the current

Here’s what’s included in your quarterly subscription:

One VIP sprint day every quarter

Full 6-hour dedicated sprint
(choose SPLASH or SURGE each quarter)

SPLASH = Implementation day (backlog smashed, updates made, tasks ticked off)
SURGE = Eco-performance audit and optimisation (speed, carbon footprint, accessibility, before/after report)

You choose which one you need based on where your site is at. New content piling up? SPLASH. Site feeling sluggish? SURGE.

Priority access between sprints

You’re at the top of my list

While your sprint work is scheduled quarterly, you’re not forgotten in between. If something urgent comes up, you get priority response and scheduling over non-subscribers.

(Note: This doesn’t mean same-day turnaround, but it does mean you’re first in line when I have availability.)

Predictable monthly investment

$600/month = one quarterly VIP day

Instead of paying $1,800 + GST all at once, you’re spreading the cost across three months. Easier on cash flow, same incredible results.

And because it’s a subscription, you’re never stuck “re-buying” or justifying the expense every time you need help. You’re already in.

No re-selling, no admin friction

The hardest part is already done

You subscribed once. That’s it. Every quarter, I reach out, you choose your sprint type, we book it in, and we go. No invoices to chase, no “should I book another day?” decisions, no friction.

It’s the smoothest way to keep your site running well without you having to manage a contractor every month.

Choose your support level

The quarterly VIP subscription

The Current

Best for: Purpose-led brands who want big progress every quarter without monthly obligations

What you get:

$600/month + GST

Commitment: 3-month minimum, then cancel anytime

Optional add-on

Backup support timeblock

Want a little extra help between your quarterly sprint days?

Add a prepaid timeblock for small fixes and updates.

Choose your timeblock size:

  • 3-hour timeblock: $510 + GST
    (recommended for most clients)

  • 5-hour timeblock: $850 + GST
    (for heavier support needs)

Your timeblock hours are separate from your sprint day. Use them for quick fixes, content updates, small tweaks, or troubleshooting between your quarterly sprints. If you don’t use all your hours within 3 months, they expire (just like standard timeblocks).

(See the Timeblocks Guide for full details on what timeblocks can and can’t be used for.)

Note: Most clients add this after they’ve been in the subscription for a few months and realise they need a bit more support. You can add a timeblock anytime, not just at sign-up.

Timeblocks require upfront payment

Is the current right for you?

This subscription works best for a specific type of client. Here’s who thrives with The Current:

You're a perfect fit if:

This isn't the right fit if:

Founding member offer (limited to 3 spots)

I’m trialling The Current with a small group of founding members before opening it up more widely.

That means:

Only 3 spots available to start

Founding member pricing locked in (if pricing increases later, you keep your original rate as long as you stay subscribed)

Direct input into how the offer evolves (your feedback will shape how The Current grows)

Priority of priorities (you’re not just at the top of the list – you ARE the list)

If all 3 spots fill, I’ll open a waitlist. Founding members get first access, but if this works well, The Current will become an ongoing evergreen offer with limited capacity.

FAQs (Things you might be wondering)

3 months. After that, you can cancel anytime. If you cancel mid-quarter, you’ll still get to use any sprint day you’ve already paid for (e.g., if you’ve paid for 2 months and cancel before your sprint, you can still book that sprint before leaving).

Not at this stage. The subscription is designed to keep you in a steady rhythm of quarterly support. If you need to step away, you can cancel and re-subscribe later (subject to availability).

You’ll still get to use your sprint as long as you’ve paid for at least 2 months of the subscription. For example:

  • Paid for 2 months, cancel on month 3 → you still get your sprint
  • Paid for 1 month, cancel → no sprint (you haven’t reached the quarterly threshold)

Absolutely! That’s the whole point. You choose which sprint type you need based on where your site is at each quarter.

Yes. All new subscribers need to complete a one-time onboarding and setup process ($250 + GST) before work begins. This ensures your site is stable, backed up, and ready for safe updates.

If you’ve worked with me in the past 12 months (via a project or VIP sprint), you’ve already completed onboarding and won’t need to pay this again.

You can add a timeblock anytime (3-hour or 5-hour prepaid block). Most clients add this after a few months in the subscription when they realise they need a bit more support for quick fixes and small updates.

Nope. Retainers typically involve ongoing monthly work and open-ended availability. The Current is contained delivery – you get one focused sprint day every quarter, plus priority access if you need me between sprints. It’s predictable, structured, and doesn’t require me to be “on call” monthly.

Timeblocks are designed for small, contained tasks like content updates, minor design tweaks, plugin updates, troubleshooting, and quick fixes. They cannot be used for full redesigns, new page builds, eCommerce setup, or large structural changes.

See the full Timeblocks Guide for details on what’s included and excluded.

If all spots are filled, you’ll be added to a waitlist. Founding members and current subscribers get priority, but I’ll open new spots as capacity allows.

Yes! You can add a timeblock at any point during your subscription. Just reach out and I’ll send you the payment link.

No, I only offer VIP sprints (one-offs or quarterly subscriptions) for WordPress websites that use Elementor. If you’re using Divi, Blocks, or some other form of page builder/editor within WordPress, this service isn’t the right fit.
