Note: As you are booking me for a set period of time, I may not be able to complete all tasks you have set. However, I've been using WordPress for many years and can work incredibly fast and efficiently.

I continue with the site build, followed by mobile optimisation to ensure it looks great on all screen sizes.

I finalise the mobile optimisation and begin a full site test on various devices and browsers. I send you the final version for review and any last minute revisions or feedback. I need the feedback by the following day so we can get the site launched!

I make any final revisions based on your feedback/review then it's time to launch, baby! πŸŽ‰ I also run some post-launch checks to ensure everything is behaving as expected.

Depending on the amount of changes required post-feedback, the project may extend to Day 6 or Day 7, but I aim to try and have it all done in 5 days. The extra 2 days are a buffer.

🎨 Wireframes and mockups: I design a wireframe and/or a high-quality mockup of your homepage and one sub-page for your feedback with a short video introduction.

Note: You need to provide feedback within 48 hours to meet the project deadline. Any feedback you provide is incorporated into the build phase.

Build
πŸ’» Getting stuck in: Now I've received your feedback I can commence the site build, incorporating any feedback/changes provided in the last phase and mobile optimisation to ensure the site looks great on all screen sizes. Once the build is complete, I send you a link where you can view the site link and provide feedback and any requested changes.

Note: You need to provide feedback within 48 hours to meet the project deadline. Any feedback you provide is incorporated into the build phase.

Testing
πŸ–₯️ Full site testing: I begin full testing of the website on various devices and browsers, including double-checking the site responsiveness on different screen sizes.

Note: You need to return the signed-off checklist within 48 hours to meet the project deadline.

🏁 We're almost there: We agree on a launch date, where I will take the site out of maintenance / coming soon mode and push it live. (Or if the site isn't ready to be launched and is being handed over, I'll provide all necessary files and information.)

Note for Website in a Week and custom builds: E-commerce and membership sites take longer to develop – please add 2-4 weeks to the development portion of the timeline if we’re making an e-commerce or membership site together!
